Self-Love may be my favorite topic EVER. Because it is the foundation for manifesting everything we want, including a deep sense of self-worth and self-appreciation.
There is a range of self-love that you can experience, starting with acceptance, honoring and self-care, and moving up to out-loud and contagious self-celebration like this one!
Loving yourself is a way to manifest everything you want because the world is a mirror. If you can learn to generate this stream of love and well-being from within, you won’t need to look for it from any one else, and the world will reflect it back to you in a plethora of ways.
It’s the equivalent of finally opening the door and welcoming in all the blessings that were waiting for your permission to flow in!

Self-Love Letter Exercise
After watching the video, try this exercise:
Write a letter to yourself from the eyes of your partner or best friend. Praise and appreciate all of the things you have given to yourself and done for yourself, in the same way they would praise you.
This may feel weird at first. And many of the GFY membership participants found this exercise challenging at first. But boy, did they feel the undeniable impact of treating themselves the way they would want a goggly-eyed-lover to treat them.
And reading this letter to yourself daily will not only fill you up with self-love, but you will notice how the same people in your life are now different all of a sudden! Get ready to be amazed at how much better you’ll be treated when you elevate the way you treat yourself!
